In this composite 1, we needed to develop a campaign of three magazine ads and web ads.
Every time, I come up with an idea. I don’t know whether my ability can realize the idea within the required time. I also have no confidence in my design. Fortunately, my classmates are so nice. I am grateful for their encouragement and my instructor’s suggestion.
I saw lots of amazing work from classmates’ presentation on Friday. I really admired their creativity!
Product: Cleansing Sheet
The product I chose is Bifesta Cleansing Sheet.
Bifesta is a facial wash and cleansing brand which is one of the flagship brands from Japanese company – Mandom Corporation. Bifesta offers convenient, yet highly effective, products for today’s women who have busy social and work schedules. The Bifesta line focuses mainly on skin care products.
Target Market:
20-40 years old dynamic female employees who have a busy life and need to make up for work.
Magazine Choice: Allure magazine
The Allure is a beauty expert magazine which focuses on makeup, skin care, hair, fashion, and beauty has a print audience of 6.2 million and an average monthly online audience of 4.3 million. The target market of Allure is urban women 18-49 years old with a middle income and a tertiary education.
Main Concept:
These products contain skin lotion ingredients and moisturizing cleansing ingredients which can thoroughly remove makeup and dead skin cells while keeping the skin moisturized. The specialty of these products is simple and convenient.
Ad Description:
In these Bifesta Cleansing Sheet ads, harmony are achieved by the same layout:
- A common visual: a typical heavy makeup character in the middle of the ad to show phenomenal cleansing ability. It can also catch audience’s eyes by different cultural figures. The character in order is Geisha, Beijing opera and clown.
- Consistent typography and placement of text, logo and a product shot.
